Designer Word Templates: 56 New Studio Designs, Text Effects Included

October 19, 2026 · By Admin

We've added Studio, a range of 56 designer Word templates. These are the kind of documents you'd normally get from a designer: colored pages, display fonts, and headings with glow, drop shadow or outlined letters. Paste your text or upload a document, pick a design, and you get back a real .docx you can keep editing in Word.

What's new

  • 56 designs in three collections - Clean (white pages, 15 designs), Soft (tinted pages, 24) and Bold (dark and colored pages, 17)
  • Word's own text effects - glow, drop shadow, outlined letters and gradient fills on headings. Most people don't know Word can do these, and they're very fiddly to set up by hand
  • Display fonts that travel with the file - heading fonts are embedded in the document, so the design holds up when someone else opens it in Word
  • Matching lists, tables and quotes - bullets, numbering, table headers and pull quotes are styled to fit each design, not left at Word's defaults
  • Real Word styles throughout - every heading is a true Heading 1 to Heading 6, so the navigation pane, table of contents and Modify Style all keep working after you download

Designed from the subheading out

A document has one title and a handful of main headings, but it has dozens of subheadings, and those are what your eye lands on as you scroll. So every Studio design started from the second-level heading, then the colors, rules, spacing and everything else were built around it. Get that heading right and a plain report reads as designed.
