The Challenge: A Plain 26-Page Document

This video demonstrates how to format a 26-page document. We start by selecting a standard template.

The source document is plain-looking with no real styles applied. It has several issues we need to fix, including inconsistent spacing around headings, text formatting problems, and poorly structured tables. The tables lack proper headers, and the content doesn't break cleanly across page breaks.

How It Works: The Simple Formatting Process

The process is straightforward. First, we choose the document file and simply drag and drop it into the application. This action extracts all the text and images from the file.

Next, we select our desired formatting options. For this demo, I've pre-selected adding a cover page, page numbers, and an automatic table of contents. After adding text for the cover page, we just click "Format Magic." This sends the content to the AI, which intelligently applies the chosen template and cleans up all the formatting issues.

The Result: A Professional PDF in Under a Minute

After about 60 seconds, the process is complete and the final PDF is generated.

The result is a beautifully formatted, professional document. It now includes the cover page we requested and a clickable, automatically generated table of contents for easy navigation. All headings have been styled consistently, and the tables are completely restructured with proper headers that repeat correctly across page breaks. It has even identified and hyperlinked all the reference citations in the document. The entire 26-page transformation was completed in less than a minute.

Fine-Tuning: Revisions, New Templates, and Customisation

After the initial formatting, you can still make changes. The revision editor allows you to fine-tune the output—for example, you can change a specific heading's style or convert a standard paragraph into a highlighted block.
