This video provides a quick demonstration of our new Custom Templates feature. Learn how to apply your unique company branding to any document in seconds, transforming plain text into a professional, on-brand PDF. Custom templates are now available to all new subscribers on the Premium plan.
On the main page, you'll see a new "Custom" button. While all our standard templates are still available, this option allows you to use a template built specifically for your brand. In this video, we showcase a custom template created with the Format Magic brand styles and colours.
The source document for this demo is completely unformatted, with no existing styles. We simply browse for the file and upload it, or drag and drop it directly into the application. Format Magic then instantly extracts all the text and images.
With the content loaded, we just click the "Format Magic!" button. This single action tells the AI to apply the selected custom template to the entire document. The whole process takes less than 60 seconds.
The final generated PDF is perfectly formatted with our custom template's colours and styles applied consistently throughout, including to tables and other elements.
